This year's exercise will be remembered as one of the historic movement in world naval politics. The participants were in record number but also the most unlikely countries drill together. USA, Britain, China, Russia, Japan and Many EU countries did drills together. The most unexpected members were Russia and China, who was expectedly accept Pakistan's invitation to be a part of the Exercises.  Russia had last done exercises with EU country "Spain" 10 years ago in 2010. The second most highlighted appearance of QUAD countries with China, exclusive of India.

Pakistan's Isolation

India is trying to isolate Pakistan from the rest of the world however, this Exercise gave a befitted reply to Indian rhetoric that Pakistan is a breeding ground of terrorism and the world should sanction it accordingly. Russian participation is the biggest reply to India on behalf of Pakistan that we are standing with Pakistan. Russia is the biggest exporter of military equipment for India and around 90% of the Indian Navy rely on Russian made technologies equipment. This close relation of Russia with Pakistan and China is now being a problem in Indian Deep State.

War Against Terror and Piracy

Pakistan is the only country in the world that successfully eradicated terror from its lands. The formation of the Pakistan Armed forces was changed after the lesson learn from the Anti-terror campaigns from 2007 to 2018 and quickly mould the whole organization accordingly. Pakistan Navy also keep a keen eye on the sea to prevent any arms smuggling to terror groups in Pakistan. The Pakistani P3C was used extensively to locate the targets and identify them. Pakistan Navy also established there own 6 Battalion strength Marines for the amphibious warfare, supported by midget submarines. Pakistan actively played its part against piracy in the Indian Ocean and because the leader of CTF-150 and CTF 151. Combined Task Force (CTF) is the multinational naval Taskforce that is 33 nationals coalition Naval Forces which pursue illegal activities like piracy and illegal arms and smuggling in Indian ocean and Horn of Africa.

Operation Soft Retort- Feb-2019

The Indian armed forces will never forget the 27th Feb-2021 when Pakistan, after a hostile fruitless effort by the Indian Airforce on Balakot, shot down two Indian fighters. Mig-21 and SU-30MKI. The conflict continued for a week. Many may not remember that during the conflict, India tried twice to enter Pakistan's Maritime border to engage any in water however, they were effectively engaged and forced to be out of water. threaten to sink without warning if entered again. India tried one of its nuclear submarine INS Chakra and the newly acquired Scorpion Submarine. Both fail to enter in Pakistani Border and India had to withdraw its effort. Meanwhile Half of the Indian Navy was searching for PNS Saad, Pakistani Agosta Submarine for a month in the Arabian sea which was finally found at Gawadar. This Operation impacts heavily on the Indian plaster of Mini Superpower and opened the shortfall they had. On the other hand, It also made clear that Pakistan Navy although small in heavy assets have the potential to deal with any threat on Air, surface and underwater. It's also worth to mention that Indian Subs were tracked in International waters so the demonstration of our surveillance also made the world astonished.

Marines and terror from the sea

The Amman Exercise give better appurtunity to Pakistan Marines to show their skills in amphibious warfare. Together with other countries, the drills of counter-terrorism and aggressive operations on "enemy land" give you not only tactical benefits but also operation planning and execution benefits. The Marines need special gadgets and equipment to work in and out of the water so this type of exercise also enhanced the evaluation chances for the latest technologies. The combined inter and Intra networks of communication, surveillance, data sharing and execution during exercise is also the promotion of your strength in the World.

Impact of the Exercise on the World and Pakistan

The Pakistan Navy always remained inferior against its main enemy i.e. India. India enjoyed a larger navy and a verity of Air arm against Pakistan which includes helicopters and Aircrafts both inoffensive and surveillance role. Indian Navy have a total of 285 assets which include one aircraft carrier, several destroyers, frigates and corvettes and submarines. Whereas Pakistan NAvy has 100 assets without the aircraft carrier with only 9 main ships. As Pakistan Navy use mix eastern and western type of missiles and ammunition, This Exercise gave Pakistan a better opportunity for interoperability and learning several skills as well as others to learn from Pakistan. Interoperability gives a better understanding of different sophisticated systems and drives method to deal with them. It also keeps updating knowledge of the Pakistan Navy regarding the elevation of the electrotechnical spectrum and sought out better solutions for future procurement. Above all, these exercises give a loud and bold message to the world that we are not ALONE and ISOLATED. We are the one of the powerful Navies of the world.
